Office Cancellation Policy
Our entire staff are dedicated to providing the best dental care for all our patients. We carefully coordinate the availability of our staff to schedule appropriately to see one patient at a time as well as accommodate families with multiple children in one visit. To provide the best dental care, your child’s appointment time is reserved specifically for him or her.
We understand sickness and emergencies may keep you from keeping a scheduled appointment. Should you find yourself unable to keep you appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance or you may be charged a $40 cancellation fee. We will try to reschedule your child’s appointment at a more convenient time. Please understand that some appointment times are difficult to obtain with short notice.
For restorative cases, such as fillings and tooth wiggles, many patients need to be seen as quickly as possible. Out of courtesy to others, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your child’s treatment appointment should you need to reschedule the treatment for non-emergency reasons. There is a $100 treatment appointment cancellation fee if you do not provide us enough notice. We will try to reschedule you at a more convenient time.
For patients who miss or cancel multiple appointments, we may be forced to dismiss you from our office. We would hate to lose any patient, but in order for us to provide the best possible care to all our patients, many of whom are waiting to receive care as soon as possible, we need to have everyone understand the importance of keeping their scheduled visits.
